V1974 Misses Pants

Bell button pants sit below waist, front fly zip, side front pockets, back darts, bias hem facings and stitched hems.  See V1973 for pictured top.  Not sure we're ready for bell bottom pants again

Suggested fabrics: stretch wovens, tencel twill, wool suiting, stretch faux leather.  Unsuitable for obvious diagonals
